Meet Jordan

The Old Me
Jordan’s journey to health and wellness began in 2019 when he took up running, transforming his life after years of struggling with self-esteem and poor health. “My 20’s were a dark and difficult time—I was a three-time college dropout, jumping from one job, apartment, and toxic relationship to another. I accumulated massive student debt and became addicted to video games, using them as an escape from life’s challenges. Trapped in a victim’s mentality, I struggled to take control of my future. Everything changed at 32 when I hit rock bottom—broke, living at my mom’s house, and realizing it was time to take ownership of my life.”

Turning a New Leaf
One day, I went for a run to see how far I could push myself. Every step felt like a struggle. Just a mile seemed daunting, but something changed as I kept going. With each exhausting stride, I felt a newfound sense of strength and resilience. The deeper I pushed into fatigue, the more confidence I gained. That feeling became addictive, driving me from my first 5K to a 10K, then a half marathon, a full marathon, and eventually a 50-mile ultra run and 70.3 Ironman Triathlon.

Becoming a Husband & Father
The growth I experienced overcoming physical challenges not only helped me take ownership of my life, but also allowed me to step into my true purpose. During this transformation, I met my wife, Abigail, who has been my unwavering support throughout this journey. Together, we have a daughter, Zelda, and her arrival became the catalyst for me to fully commit my life’s work to helping others move better and feel better.

Transforming into an adult athlete was not without its challenges. Years of poor posture, sitting, and neglecting my body led to back pain, knee pain, and dysfunction. To address these issues, I became deeply invested in learning about anatomy, strength training, nutrition, Pilates, and running form. I devoured books, listened to podcasts, and enrolled in anatomy and physiology courses and began sharing my passion with others in the community
I dedicated myself to earning certifications and working with clients, using my expanding knowledge to guide others on their wellness journeys. This eventually led to a career as a Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist, where I worked one-on-one with patients. My approach focused on therapeutic exercises, improving mobility, correcting muscular imbalances, and using corrective techniques to alleviate pain and enhance overall function.

founding bayshore wellness
In March of 2024, I founded Bayshore Wellness to share my passion for movement and help others achieve their wellness goals. Through my own journey, I’ve come to understand how crucial movement is for overall well-being, and that maintaining balance in life requires consistent effort and discipline. At Bayshore Wellness, my mission is to inspire others to prioritize movement and make it an essential part of their path to health and success.
